Colson Associates Purchase Faultless Caster

"The Colson Group has reached agreement with Hickory Hardware Inc. to purchase certain assets of the Faultless brand. Hickory Hardware will continue to be responsible for Faultless through 12/31/2008. Effective 1/1/2009 The Colson Group companies will assume the responsibility of meeting any and all of the market needs related to Faultless casters and wheels. The Colson Group, our parent company, purchased Faultless on August 12th, 2008. At the original date of the purchase, our group was unable to supply Faultless items until the 1st of 2009. Much has changed since August 12th, and we are proud to announce that our group is now able to supply Faultless products to the marketplace at this present time. We are diligently working on a smooth transition for all current Faultless customers and are very excited to continue the Faultless product line to the marketplace.
